Ingredients:
A) 4Tbs butter
B) 250ml fresh milk
C) 1Tbs wheat flour
D) 1/4 chicken stock cube
E) 7 piece of cheese
F) 1/4 black pepper and white pepper
G) A little bit of honey
H) 1/4 yellow colouring
Methods:
A) Put butter in hot pan on the stove with a small fire and melt it, then put milk and flour and stir it until it combine each other.
B) Put chicken stock,cheese, peppers, honey and colouring in the pan and stir then your sauce is ready.
C) Cook for a while and close the fire, then cool it with room temperature for a while.
D) Put the sauce in a sauce bottle and serve it with your food or can put it in a refrigerator.
